Article 3 – Applicability

The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. Images represent the products as accurately as possible; however, colors may vary depending on screen settings. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding for the company.

Article 5 – The Contract

The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the stated conditions.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise specified.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Hygiene products if the seal has been broken.

Article 9 – Price

Prices will not be increased during the validity period of the offer, except for changes in the VAT rate. Variable prices may apply depending on the financial market. Increases within 3 months are only permitted by law. After 3 months, increases are only possible with the consumer's consent. VAT does not apply if delivery is outside the EU. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Article 10 – Delivery

Orders will be delivered within 30 days, unless a different delivery period has been agreed upon.

Article 11 – Complaints

Complaints regarding delivered products must be reported within 7 days of delivery via email.

Article 12 – VAT and Customs Duties

Prices displayed on the website do not include VAT or other import duties applicable in the European Union. By making a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts that they may be responsible for paying VAT, customs duties, and any administrative fees charged by the carrier or customs authorities in the destination country. These costs are set by local authorities and are beyond the seller's control.
