Cancellation Window

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 3 hours of completing your purchase. Within this initial period, orders have typically not yet entered the processing phase, making cancellation possible.

Orders Already in Processing

After the 3-hour window, your order may already be:

• Processed

• Packed

• Being prepared for shipping

• Shipped or transferred to the courier

Once your order has reached any of these stages, cancellation is no longer guaranteed. In such cases, please wait until your order arrives. Afterwards, you can initiate a return request in accordance with Our Return Policy.
