Returning a Product

Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, such as:

How to start the return process

Refund
Procedure Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days and applied to your original method of payment.
Delayed or missing refunds If you haven't received your refund after 30 days:

Return Costs

Return Address

Exceptions – Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

We will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placement, due to our automated processing system. Please note: orders that have already been packaged or shipped cannot be canceled.
